import { createEllipsePath, Path } from "@pibbl/core";EllipsePathOptions is accepted by createEllipsePath(options): Path2D, which creates a fresh path
from nonnegative numeric radii, optional center, and finite radian rotation.
It is pure and has no render lifecycle.
